What this site keeps about you

Pentiv Cloud is a private workspace for mortgage teams. This page covers the accounts and records of this website.

When you sign in

We use Google to confirm who you are, and we receive your verified email address. We keep that address with your role, the time you last signed in, and a short description of your device, such as "Chrome on macOS". Your raw browser details are not stored.

Cookies

We set two cookies, both only for sign-in. One lasts ten minutes while you sign in; the other keeps you signed in for up to twelve hours. Neither holds your address, and we use no advertising or analytics cookies.

What we record while you work

This site records which engine command each person ran, with its result code and how long it took, but not what was asked or answered. Administrative changes, sign-ins and sign-outs go on an audit trail with who, when and why. Support messages are encrypted before they are stored.

Client records

Client records stay in the engine's store, not in this website's database. They pass through this site only to reach a signed-in person allowed to see them, and they are not cached or logged here.

If you ask for a demo

We keep your name, work email, firm, province, team size and the interest you chose, so we can reply. Your name, email and firm are encrypted before they are stored. We use them only to answer that request, and we delete them after a year, or sooner if you ask.

Who processes this

This site runs on Cloudflare. Sign-in is provided by Google.
