A renewal slips
Alternative-lender and private renewals run on hard dates. When those dates live in spreadsheets and inboxes, one busy week can cost the file.
For Canadian mortgage brokerages and origination firms
Pentiv Cloud finds the alternative-lender renewals, stalled applications and recruiting follow-ups in your firm's work, checks consent, licences and clocks, and puts each one in front of the right licensed person with the evidence attached.

Maturities and stalled applications sit in the book you already earned, with no clear owner and no record of whether you may contact them.
When a regulator or a client asks who approved something and on what basis, the answer shouldn't depend on someone's memory.
The engine keeps the clocks, does the arithmetic and checks the rules. Your licensed people make every decision that matters.
The engine
A renewal in your book is picked up with its hard date, before anyone has to remember it.
The engine
Consent, licence and the deadline clock are checked. If one can't be proved, the answer is no, with the reason shown.
The engine
The options that exist are laid out, and every figure carries its source.
A licensed person
The licensed agent who owns the borrower reads the file and makes the call.
The engine
Who did what, when and why goes on an append-only trail.
Renewals
B-lender and private-lender renewals are found from the book, ordered by hard deadline rather than commission, and handed to the licensed agent who owns the borrower with the evidence attached.
Recruiting
Recruiters work from a list checked against current licence registers. The software prepares; the recruiter stays in command, and split conversations stay with a person.
Origination
Maturities and stalled applications become leads only after a consent check, then go to the agent who owns them to qualify and accept.
These checks support your compliance program. They don't replace your compliance officer or legal advice.
We walk through the workspace and what your team would see, around the work that matters most to you.
First we agree in writing what the run covers, how long it lasts and what would count as useful. It then works from exports of your records and shows what it would flag. It sends nothing.
Staff sign in with Google and see only the desks their role allows.
Each kind of action earns more autonomy only when your people agree, and you can stop it at any time.
Tell us a little about your firm and we'll reply by email to set up a call.
No. Licensed people own advice and every decision that matters. The software prepares the work and refuses to make those calls for them.
No. It works from exports of your records. Exports from one CRM are supported today, so we'll check yours first. We'll go through what yours can provide on the call.
On the engine, not on this website. They pass through this site only to reach a signed-in person allowed to see them, and they aren't cached or logged here. How access is protected
Not unless your firm decides that kind of action has earned it. Until then, every message waits for a named person, and a tripped breaker stops them all.
Licence checks cover FSRA in Ontario and BCFSA in British Columbia today. It isn't available in Quebec, because that province's licensing, privacy and French-language rules aren't built in. If you work elsewhere, tell us on the form.
Access is by invitation. Use the Google account your administrator added. If you can't get in, ask them.
